Dr. Oluwakemi Akintoyese

She is a clinical psychologist and wellness advocate passionate about the healing of the mind and body. Originally trained as a nurse, her belief that the mind deserves as much care as the body inspired her transition into psychology. She holds degrees from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka; the University of Lagos; and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Covenant University, Ota. Dr. Akintoyese has extensive experience working with individuals facing psychological distress, including victims of sex trafficking and those battling addiction. She consults for NGOs and corporatey organizations, delivering Employee Assistance Programs that promote workplace wellness.
A dynamic speaker and trainer, she has inspired many through seminars and workshops on personal growth and emotional well-being. Her guiding philosophy — “A healthy individual is a healthy society” — reflects her deep commitment to transforming lives from within. She is married and blessed with two sons.
